Terms & Conditions 3dmark — Platform Guidelines for All Malaysian Players

Introduction & Scope of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 3dmark ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs the use of all services, games, promotions, and features provided under the 3dmark brand.

Account Registration & Player Responsibilities

The 3dmark account registration process requires you to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. All details submitted during registration — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address — must match your valid identity documents. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 3dmark. Multiple account registrations — whether under the same name or different names — are strictly prohibited. If 3dmark determines that a person holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended and any outstanding balances or winnings may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

When an account is suspended due to fraud or a serious breach of terms, any balance held in the account may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. Should the investigation confirm a violation, the balance may be permanently forfeited to 3dmark.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
